The NEW ARTS FESTIVAL in Ottawa----Helene Lacelle
The sun shined the whole 2 days for the outdoor art fair in the Glebe this weekend, in Ottawa. It was busy like usual with happy people dying to get out of the house after the lousiest Spring on record.
