NELSON ADAMS, engineer, entrepreneur, executive producer , had an idea for a cancer fighting- immune system builder in a product based on the concept of a sushi roll i.e. seaweed with raw, healthy, anti-oxidant food inside. chef PETER EVANCHUCK took Nelson's idea, combined a dozen or more tasty, anti-oxidant ingredients then wrapped them in sushi wrap called NORI then dipped this into a dark Belgian Chocolate to create this chocolate covered sushi roll.
